“When I first started to work with Rebecca Loach from Health In Your Hands, I was not digesting my food. Ever. I spent the hour after eating every meal keeled over in pain. “Before I had a consultation with Rebecca, I had very poor elimination and was not sleeping well. I knew that my overall health could be so much better. “When I first contacted Health In Your Hands, I was feeling lousy in general. I had a lot of aches and pains, poor digestion, and low blood pressure. I had been diagnosed with a Candida overgrowth, leaky gut, and was getting over a very bad thyroid situation. I had no energy or zest for life because I was constantly struggling with my health.
