Rebecca Loach is a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Nutrition and BioEnergetic Medicine. Rebecca's vision is to help as many people as possible to discover their body's innate wisdom to heal itself. She promotes the importance of nourishing and strengthening the physical and energetic bodies for lasting health and well-being.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo and holds a Diploma of Holistic Nutrition from the Edison Institute of Nutrition. Rebecca received her training in BioEnergetic Sciences from the International College of BioEnergetic Medicine. She is a Registered Nutritional Consultant / Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, Reiki Master, and an EMF Balancing Technique® Accredited Practitioner.

Rebecca founded Health In Your Hands as a way to use her knowledge and compassion to help those in need of support on their journey of self-discovery and healing. Rebecca’s background in the analytical sciences combined with her training and expertise in holistic healing and energy therapies give her a unique view on the ways in which the body/spirit is able to heal itself.

Her caring and compassionate nature is complemented by her humour and charismatic attitude, allowing her to work with her clients to help guide and support them as they embark on the journey of transformation and healing.
